py_eddy_tracker.observations.groups.get_targets(i_start, i_end, i_target, pct, nb_end)[source]

Compute target observation and associated percentages

Parameters:

  • i_start (array(int)) – indices in time 0

  • i_end (array(int)) – indices in time N

  • i_target (array(int)) – corresponding obs where particles are advected

  • pct (array(int)) – corresponding percentage of avected particles

  • nb_end (int) – number of contour at time N
